1. Scope of Services

By enrolling in our Roofing Growth Accelerator program, the client will receive the following services and performance guarantees:

At least 10 qualified leads delivered within the first 30 days, as an early milestone toward overall results. Double your total investment (service fees + ad spend) in closed roofing jobs within 90 days, or we continue working for free until you do. Automated SMS & email replies sent within 1 minute of every lead, ongoing from Day 1. Improved local search visibility within 90 days, with measurable growth in local rankings and impressions. Get at least 5 new 5-star reviews collected within 90 days, boosting your online reputation. Full dashboard access and weekly performance reports throughout the 90-day term for full transparency. Improved keyword rankings for local roofing searches within 90 days to increase search presence. Consistent, optimized weekly social media posts using your media assets during the 90-day term.24-hour response time on all support and requests to ensure reliable communication. Fully optimized Google Business Profile within the first 14 days, laying the foundation for SEO and lead flow.

2. Client Responsibilities

To ensure the success of this program, the client agrees to:

Provide access to Google Business Profile, social accounts, website, and any other requested platforms within 5 business days of onboarding. Respond promptly to communications and requests from the agency to avoid delays. Accurately report all closed jobs resulting from leads generated through this service. Supply branding materials, images, or videos as needed for social media posts. Maintain an active ad budget of at least [$X/month] during the entire 90-day term. Avoid making unauthorized changes to ad campaigns, CRM flows, or automation sequences during the term. Not engage competing agencies for overlapping services during this agreement.

3. Term Length & Termination

The initial term of this agreement is 90 days from the effective date. To cancel after the initial term, the client must provide written notice at least 7 days prior to the next billing cycle. Early termination (before 90 days) incurs an early termination fee equal to 50% of the remaining contract balance, payable immediately. Upon cancellation or termination, all services and access to assets will be suspended immediately.

4. Payment Terms

All payments are due in advance of service delivery, via the agency’s secure payment system. Payments are made monthly at $797 per month. Missed or declined payments will result in immediate suspension of services until resolved. All payments are non-refundable.

5. Refund Policy

All payments made under this agreement are

non-refundable

. The client acknowledges and agrees that no refunds will be issued under any circumstances, including early termination or dissatisfaction.

6. Ownership & Access to Assets

Upon cancellation or termination, all assets, automations, accounts, and systems created or managed by the agency on behalf of the client will be

fully revoked and access removed

immediately. The client acknowledges they will no longer have access to these deliverables post-cancellation.

7. 90-Day Performance Guarantee

The agency guarantees the client will

double their total investment

(service fees plus ad spend) in closed roofing jobs within

90 days

. If this result is not achieved, the agency will

continue working for free

until the guarantee is met, provided that:

The client fulfills all responsibilities (accurate reporting, ad budget maintenance, responsiveness). The client does not cancel or pause the agreement before 90 days. The client refrains from unauthorized modifications to campaigns or automations.

8. Void of Guarantee

The performance guarantee becomes void if the client:

Fails to respond to leads or disables automations. Fails to report closed jobs accurately. Makes unauthorized changes to campaigns or systems. Reduces ad spend below the agreed minimum. Delays onboarding or other required actions beyond 14 days. Engages another agency for overlapping marketing services.

9. Legal & Liability

The agency is not liable for losses resulting from client inaction or non-compliance. Results depend on market conditions and client cooperation; individual results may vary. All intellectual property created remains the property of the agency unless otherwise agreed. This agreement is governed by the laws of the State of [Your State]. Any disputes will be resolved in courts located in [Your County/State].

10. Acceptance

By submitting payment or electronically accepting this agreement, the client confirms they have read, understood, and agree to all terms outlined above.
